Series one of NPR’s “Threshold” is on the plight of the American Bison. In our recent Road Scholar trip to both the Tetons and Yellowstone we learned quit a bit about the Bison. As a kid growing up in Colorado, I’ve always had a soft spot for our Buffalo. There story is sad and complicated. This series rekindled my interest in these icons of the Far West. It got me to get involved. If you are interested, you may at least want to listen to the following series. There is no simple answer but there are solutions.
