It’s Osher Time Again

It’s Osher time again. I’m really looking forward to teaching in the upcoming Winter Quarter. I’ll be on both the main UCR Extension campus as well as out in Rancho Mirage. This quarter we will be discussing Colin Woodards work: American Nations: A History of the Eleven Rival Regional Cultures of North America. I’ll be introducing other works but Woodards effort will provide the road map. On February 19th, I will also present a lecture on the Presidency of James A. Garfield, The Compromise Presidency That Never Was. If you are within driving distance of the University of California Riverside campus, come join us.
