In all deference to Elon Musk and the men and women at Tesla, this is my next vehicle!!! Having just returned from China I can verify that the horror stories of air pollution are true if not understated. It is reminiscent of LA in the sixties and seventies and may be as bad as London in the early 1950s. Cumulatively across the USA, more air pollutants come from tailpipes than from the smokestacks of power plants. Each one of us will deal with this issue one way or another. If it weren’t for the air-quality efforts of the State of California, LA and its surroundings would more than likely be in the same position as Beijing and Shanghai.
