Latinos and African Americans: Shared experiences, shared solutions, by Maria E. Enchautegui

We as public administrators must continue to be aware of the incremental changes in the communities we serve.  Does each governmental agency need to reassess its core function?  Now more than ever before the silos of responsibility need to be questioned in order to develop stronger intersectional networks between institutional, non-profit and governmental agencies.
